Menter Môn is a not for profit company providing solutions to the challenges facing rural Wales. We work with businesses, communities and individuals, to deliver meaningful projects, that harness their strengths and contribute to a sustainable future.

Arloesi Gwynedd Wledig is a LEADER scheme that develops and implements schemes in collaboration with the community under specific themes. The aim of the scheme is to identify and pilot innovative responses to the challenges facing Gwynedd. If they are successful, the aim is to share good practice throughout Gwynedd and beyond.

Cwlwm Seiriol is one of six projects that have received funding from the National Lottery’s new ‘Creating Your Space’ programme. The aim of this programme is to give communities the opportunity to decide how to protect and improve their local natural environment in a way that makes a difference to them and meets the needs of future generations.

The aim is to enrich and populate Wicipedia Cymru (the Wikipedia for Wales) to raise the status of the Welsh Language nationally and internationally. The project aims to provide, on an open licence, photographs, local information, local history, scientific and linguistic content that will promote the discussion of terms in Welsh.
The imagination comes to life under the guidance of professional tutors who are also popular actors. Theatr Ieuenctid Môn provides forward-looking and experimental artistic opportunities for children and young people in Anglesey.
The Enterprise Hub provides entrepreneurs with the knowledge, guidance, inspiration and space to transform their idea into a successful business. Services offered include co-working office spaces, a community of like-minded individuals to share ideas and offer encouragement, business advice, a range of educational/social events, Ffiws Makerspaces as well as the newly released Miwtini business start-up programme. And the best bit is, all of this is at no cost as a Hub member for at least 6 months!
Menai Rivers seeks to respond to the threat the American Mink poses to biodiversity on Anglesey. Without intervention, this non-native predator could lead to the extinction of water voles on the island.

Llwyddo'n Lleol 2050 is a project that challenges the perception that you have to leave in order to succeed. A 10-week programme has been designed to help young entrepreneurs develop and succeed with their idea, in order to show what’s possible in this area.
We are a vertical farming pilot project in Gwynedd and Ynys Môn delivered by Menter Môn, a non-profit social enterprise. Using hydroponics, we are exploring the potential for controlled environment agriculture in the fresh foods supply chain across north Wales. Vertical farming involves hydroponics, which is a technique for growing crops using a reservoir of nutrient-rich solution which is pumped and recirculated, allowing growth without soil. We believe vertical farming is an opportunity to help Wales adapt to post-Brexit challenges, and are in the process of building a team of innovative growers who see this potential too.
The hub focuses on coordinating and strengthening support within the local supply chain to position regionally produced food and drink so that it is a compelling proposal for large scale supply contracts. The Hub will also look at the skills requirements within the supply chain and consider investing in an appropriate IT system for coordinated supply.
Menter Môn have added to its portfolio of business services, with help now available for companies and organisations to achieve Investors in People accreditation.

Y bwriad yw cyfoethogi a phoblogeiddio cynnwys ar WicipediaCymru er mwyn codi statws yr iaith Gymraeg yn genedlaethol a rhyngwladol. Mae’r prosiect yn edrych i roi ar drwydded agored luniau, gwybodaeth a hanes lleol, gwyddonol ac ieithyddol a fydd yn hybu trafod termau yn Gymraeg.
Daw’r dychymyg yn fyw o dan arweiniad tiwtoriaid proffesiynol sy’n actorion poblogaidd. Mae Theatr Ieuenctid Môn yn darparu cyfleon celfyddydol blaengar ac arbrofol i blant a phobl ifanc Ynys Môn.
Mae'r Hwb Menter yn rhoi'r wybodaeth, arweiniad, ysbrydoliaeth a'r gofod i entrepreneuriaid drawsnewid eu syniad yn fusnes llwyddiannus. Ymhlith y gwasanaethau a gynigir mae swyddfeydd cydweithio, cymuned o unigolion o'r un anian i rannu syniadau a chynnig anogaeth, cyngor busnes, ystod o ddigwyddiadau addysgol / cymdeithasol, gofodau creu Ffiws yn ogystal â rhaglen cychwyn busnes Miwtini sydd newydd ei rhyddhau. A’r darn gorau yw, mae hyn i gyd heb unrhyw gost i chi fel aelod o’r Hwb am o leiaf 6 mis!
Mae prosiect Bioamrywiaeth Afonydd Menai yn ceisio ymateb i’r bygythiad y mae’r minc Americanaidd yn ei beri i fioamrywiaeth ar Ynys Môn. Heb ymyrraeth, gallai’r ysglyfaethwr anfrodorol hwn arwain at dranc llygod y dŵr ar yr ynys.
Nôd Morlais yw denu datblygwyr ynni llanw i Ynys Môn trwy sicrhau caniatad cynllunio, darparu cysylltiad grid a datblygu y gadwyn gyflenwi lleol.
Mae Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050 yn brosiect sy’n herio’r dybiaeth fod yn rhaid gadael er mwyn llwyddo. Mae’r Ymgyrch yn rhedeg cynlluniau 10 wythnos er mwyn cynorthwyo pobl ifanc ardal Môn a Gwynedd i ddatblygu menter, gyda’r pwyslais ar sectorau tŵf yr ardal. Mae’r Ymgyrch yn gyfrifol am dynnu sylw at y byd gwaith, ansawdd bywyd, cyfleoedd a manteision yr ardal hon.
Rydym yn brosiect peilot ffermio fertigol yng Ngwynedd ac Ynys Môn sy’n cael ei redeg gan Menter Môn, menter gymdeithasol nid er elw. Gan ddefnyddio hydroponeg, rydym yn edrych i mewn i botensial amaethyddiaeth mewn amgylchedd a reolir, o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi bwyd ffres ledled gogledd Cymru. Mae ffermio fertigol wedi’i selio ar hydroponeg, sy'n dechneg ar gyfer tyfu cnydau gan ddefnyddio cronfa o doddiant llawn maetholion sy'n cael ei bwmpio a'i ail-gylchredeg, gan ganiatáu tyfiant heb bridd. Credwn fod ffermio fertigol yn darparu cyfle i Gymru addasu i heriau ôl-Brexit, ac rydym wrthi'n cydweithio â thîm o dyfwyr arloesol sy'n gweld y potensial hwn hefyd.
Mae’r hwb yn rhoi pwyslais ar gefnogi a chryfhau cydlyniant o fewn y gadwyn gyflenwi, a hyrwyddo bwyd a diod a gynhyrchir yn y rhanbarth mewn ffordd sy’n eu gwneud yn ddeniadol ar gyfer contractau cyflenwi graddfa fawr. Bydd yr Hwb hefyd yn edrych ar yr anghenion o ran sgiliau yn y gadwyn gyflenwi ac yn edrych ar fuddsoddi mewn system TG addas er mwyn sicrhau cydlyniant wrth gyflenwi.
Mae Menter Môn wedi ychwanegu at ei bortffolio o wasanaethau i fusnesau, gyda chymorth ar gael bellach i gwmnïau a sefydliadau i ymgeisio am achrediad ‘Buddsoddwyr Mewn Pobl’
