Our successful bid for the ARFOR challenge fund means that we are offering employers in the region a comprehensive package of support to raise awareness about their roles for students and graduates, with a particular focus on reaching students who are based outside of Wales.

Over the next 12 months we will promote roles in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Gwynedd and the Isle of Anglesey on our website completely free of charge.
But we are backing this up with in person events.
In February and March 2024 we will be heading out to eight locations in England (where high rates of students from Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Gwynedd and the Isle of Anglesey attend) to promote the region and directly connect students with employment opportunities.
We will be heading to:
We want to promote organisations and opportunities in the region during these events - but we also want to invite employers from the region to come along with us and meet students directly. Refreshments will be provided and it will be a great opportunity to network with students and recent graduates.
Over summer, we will be running four large events in Wales in each of the four counties, with the aim of reaching students who are usually studying outside of the region, but who are back in the area over summer. There will be guest speakers, food and drink provided, break out sessions and a chance for local employers to exhibit their opportunities to a new student audience

Dros yr haf, byddwn yn cynnal pedwar digwyddiad mawr yng Nghymru ym mhob un o’r pedair sir, gyda’r nod o gyrraedd myfyrwyr sydd fel arfer yn astudio y tu allan i’r rhanbarth, ond sydd yn ôl yn yr ardal dros yr haf. Bydd siaradwyr gwadd, bwyd a diod yn cael eu darparu, sesiynau arbennig a chyfle i gyflogwyr lleol arddangos eu cyfleoedd i gynulleidfa newydd o fyfyrwyr
