Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant
Join our team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and embark on an exciting career in recruitment. This 360-degree role requires a passionate and organized individual to support our Recruitment team in sourcing and placing teaching and learning support staff in various educational roles, be it temporary, long-term, or permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Attract and retain top talent by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Client Relations: Build and manage strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Sales Support: Provide account management support and ensure a positive experience for our partners and educators.
- Social Media & Events: Maintain a social media presence and attend job fairs to promote opportunities.
Requirements
- A passion for education and people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is ideal, but not essential.
- A positive, growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
- UK resident and right to work.
- The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
