Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines data analysis, project management, and customer support responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a versatile skill set in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:
○ Collect, clean, and analyse data to identify trends and insights.
○ Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
○ Assist in maintaining and improving data systems and processes.
2. Data Engineering:
○ Support data pipeline development and maintenance.
○ Assist in data integration, transformation, and automation tasks.
○ Work with databases and ETL processes to ensure data availability and accuracy.
○ Collaborate with technical teams to optimise data storage and retrieval.
3. Customer Support:
○ Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
○ Provide data-driven insights to help improve customer satisfaction and experience.
○ Collaborate with teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into processes and solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
● Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python).
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
● Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a bonus.
