Job Title: Junior Client Success Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation and optimisation of solutions for our clients while taking on responsibilities in project management and support ticket resolution. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in consulting and technology with hands-on involvement in diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solutions Implementation and Support:
○ Assist in configuring and implementing solutions based on client needs.
○ Analyse client requirements and provide recommendations to enhance solution performance.
○ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
2. Project Management:
○ Support project planning, tracking, and delivery of client solutions.
○ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
○ Document project progress and assist in preparing reports for clients and management.
3. Support Ticket Management:
○ Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
○ Communicate with clients to gather detailed information on reported issues.
○ Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams while maintaining client satisfaction.
4. Client Interaction and Training:
○ Provide ongoing client support through demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
○ Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with deployed solutions.
○ Gather client feedback to contribute to product and process improvement.
Qualifications:
● Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with project management tools and practices is a plus.
● Basic technical knowledge (e.g., CRM systems, software platforms) or a willingness to learn.
● Experience in customer service, technical support, or consulting is a bonus.
