LUNARWP - Graduate Account Manager
Our Associate Account Managers serve as the vital connection between our clients and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client accounts, ensuring that each client receives exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations. Associate Account Managers excel in facilitating smooth communications and overseeing efficient project management, making them key contributors to the success and growth of our clients’ online presence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to communicate client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of services that align with client goals.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing clients with regular updates while managing any changes or challenges that arise during the project life cycle.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and identify opportunities for additional services to enhance their web presence.
- Prepare detailed reports and account analyses to keep internal teams informed about client status, while strategizing upcoming initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient execution of client projects, aligning with our high standards of quality.
- Effectively manage client expectations, resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach and maintaining high levels of client loyalty.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights from client interactions to refine processes and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of overseeing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating effective solutions.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
