The Role:

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to support our dynamic team based in Treorchy, with flexibility for some remote work. This full-time hybrid role is essential to our day-to-day operations, where you’ll coordinate administrative tasks, facilitate project scheduling, and manage key communications between clients and team members. You’ll play an integral role in enhancing the efficiency of our design and project management teams, contributing to the seamless delivery of our high-quality projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Quality and Compliance

  • Manage rail and highways quality processes, including tracking compliance with fatigue management programmes and coordinating Sentinel requirements.
  • Conduct weekly work team sheets for sub-sponsors, supporting team scheduling and compliance.
  • Assist with quality audits to ensure our projects meet industry standards.

Managing Training and Certifications

  • Oversee training programmes and qualifications, monitoring ticket expiration dates and certifications for subcontractors.
  • Organise rail files, liaise with clients to coordinate inductions, and handle training bookings.
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for team members when needed.

General Accounts Administration

  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and handle sales orders, contributing to efficient financial operations.
  • Enter invoices into Sage, our accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

What We’re Offering:

  • Salary: £22,000 to £25,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Treorchy office, South Wales.

  • Cynnal taflenni tîm gwaith wythnosol ar gyfer is-noddwyr, gan gefnogi amserlennu tîm a chydymffurfiaeth.
  • Cynorthwyo gydag archwiliadau ansawdd i sicrhau bod ein prosiectau'n bodloni safonau'r diwydiant.

Rheoli Hyfforddiant ac Ardystiadau

  • Goruchwylio rhaglenni hyfforddi a chymwysterau, monitro dyddiadau dod i ben tocynnau ac ardystiadau ar gyfer isgontractwyr.
  • Trefnu ffeiliau rheilffordd, cysylltu â chleientiaid i gydlynu sesiynau sefydlu, a delio ag archebion hyfforddi.
  • Cydlynu trefniadau llety ar gyfer aelodau tîm pan fo angen.

Gweinyddu Cyfrifon Cyffredinol

  • Codi archebion prynu (POs) a thrin archebion gwerthu, gan gyfrannu at weithrediadau ariannol effeithlon.
  • Rhowch anfonebau i Sage, ein system gyfrifo, gan sicrhau prosesu cywir ac amserol.
